This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside FIR, Charge sheet and Criminal Proceedings bearing CC No. 103/PW/2024, pending on the file of 8th Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai in connection with C.R. After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Viral Rathod, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Criminal Application with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. 4. Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object for grant of the request made by Mr. Viral Rathod. 5. In view of the above, leave is granted to withdraw the present Criminal Application with liberty as prayed for. If such Application is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 6.
