Pursuant to issuance of citation, caveats along with affidavits in support thereof were filed and matter was converted into a contentious cause. The caveats have been subsequently discharged and the testamentary suit has reverted back to a non-contentious proceeding. The subject will has been proved in common form through the affidavit of the attesting witness. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
