No. 261/1C and petitioner No. 2’s land in an extent of Ac. 0-65 cents in Sy. No. 261/1B without acquiring the same under notification in Ref. No. N.H.516F/L.A./188/2022, dt. 09.12.2022 as per notification dt. 01.05.2022 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, discriminatory and also in violation of principles of natural justice apart from violation of fundamental right guaranteed under Article 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to lay any road without acquiring the same by paying compensation as per the procedure contemplated under law and to pass…” 2.
