The Court made the following Order:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 3. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has submitted a complaint dated 15.06.2023 to the respondent Nos.2 & 3 for verifying the construction activities of the respondent No.4. It is submitted that the respondents have so far not passed any orders on the complaint of the petitioner. 3. This Court, on 14.08.2024, issued notice to the respondent No.4. Thereafter, the respondents have sought time for filing counters. However, no counters have been filed till date and there is also no representation on behalf of the respondent No.4 today. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 submits that, the petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh representation and that the respondent Nos.2 & 3 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondent Nos.2 & 3. Upon receipt of such representation, the respondent Nos.2 & 3 shall conduct

an enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Needless to mention that, the respondents shall have to pass necessary orders within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh representation submitted by the petitioner.
