THE CHIEF CONSERVATOR OF FORESTS, CONSERVATOR OF FORESTS KURNOOL CIRCLE, KURNOOL ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction mostly one which is in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the case of the Petitioner for promotion to the post of Forest Range Officer as per seniority on the sole ground of pendency of departmental proceedings initiated by the 2nd Respondent with 2 respect to Article of charges in Ref.No.l9030/ll/2021/Vig-l(i) dated 28.11.2021 and promoting the Petitioners juniors in the seniority list of Forest Range Officers as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory, unconstitutional, violating Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to consider and promote the Petitioner for the post of Forest Range Officer as per the seniority of the Petitioner in the cadre of Deputy Range Officer without reference to the pending departmental proceedings initiated by the 2nd Respondent on par with juniors with all consequential benefits and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the Respondents to forthwith consider and promote the Petitioner to the post of Forest Range Officer in the panel year 2023-24 as per the seniority of the Petitioner in the cadre of Deputy Range Officer without reference to the pending disciplinary proceedings initiated by the 2nd Respondent before promoting any junior to the Petitioner and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
