When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Sri Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has received the due amount payable to the petitioner and the petition may be disposed of, since no further orders are required in this matter. 3. Ms. M. Sandhya Deepthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture for the respondents is in attendance and would submit that recording the same, the petition maybe disposed of. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
