...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the Respondents not releasing the payment of net balance amount Rs.26,75,339/- vide Bill No. 2023- 1912264, even after finalizing the bills, payable to the petitioner in relation to the works i.e.. Construction of Veterinary Hospital at Sanjamala (V) of Sanjamala (M) in Kurnool District, vide Agreement No. 04/2020-21, dated 15.09.2020 is questioned, as the same is illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider for payment of amounts of Rs.26,75,339/- vide Bill No. 2023-1912264 with interest @ 24 percentage per annum for the delayed amount to the petitioner in respect of execution of above-mentioned work forthwith and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“....to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the Respondents not releasing the payment of net balance amount Rs.26,75,339/- vide Bill No. 2023- 1912264, even after finalizing the bills, payable to the petitioner in relation to the works i.e.. Construction of Veterinary Hospital at Sanjamala (V) of Sanjamala (M) in Kurnool District, vide Agreement No. 04/2020-21, dated 15.09.2020 is questioned, as the same is illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider for payment of amounts of Rs.26,75,339/- vide Bill No. 2023-1912264 with interest @ 24 percentage per annum for the delayed amount to the petitioner in respect of execution of above-mentioned work forthwith..”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Sri Bathala Ramesh,
learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has received the due amount payable to the petitioner and the petition may be disposed of, since no further orders are required in this matter.
3. Ms. M. Sandhya Deepthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture for the respondents is in attendance and would submit that recording the same, the petition maybe disposed of.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
