No. 19525/2021 (W.P.No. 10038/2021 and Batch) dated 05.10.2021 under grant of Rain Fed Area Development (R.A.D) to the petitioner till today after completion of execution of subsidy portion for Rain Fed Area Development (R.A.D) 2017-18 Under National Mission for Sustainable Agriculture (N.M.S.A)- Implementation of the Activities (Constructions of Post Harvesting structure and horticulture Plantation in by the ST Farmers) under RAD-2017-18 in ADA (S.C) Tirupati Division Chittoor district and causing heavy loss with Interest even though the work was completed within time as illegal arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the Respondents to release and pay the total bills amount of Rs. 4,30,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Thirty thousand only) with Interest under grant of Rain Fed Area Development (R.A.D) forthwith to the petitioner and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Srinivasa Rao Narra, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have received the due amount and the petition may be disposed of, since no further orders are required in this matter. 3. Ms. M. Sandhya Deepthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture for the respondents is in attendance and would submit that recording the same, the petition maybe disposed of. 4 4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
