However, his appointment was cancelled vide communication (Annex.10) stating that petitioner had not qualified in the Teachers Eligibility Test. Since filing of the petition, there is no interim protection of any kind in favour of the petitioner. When called out for hearing, none appears for the petitioner. It appears that by sheer passage of time, the nature of relief sought by the petitioner is rendered stale and meaningless and/or otherwise seem to have acquiesced to his fait accompli and moved on in life.
