In terms of the said compromise, the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition. For which, the learned counsel for the unofficial respondents also expressed no objection for the same. 2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
