1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-
“(a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, to the Respondents, directing them to allow the Petitioner to be admitted in Nursery/Pre-School for the academic session 2024-2025 under the DG category in the Respondent No. 2 school, with immediate effect...”
2. It is informed by Mr. Aggarwal, learned counsel for respondent No. 2, that the child is admitted under the EWS category and is continuing with his education.
3. Since the prayer stands satisfied, the petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
