THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARULU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO.2187 OF 2024 ORDER: 1. This contempt case is filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.9524 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023 and not granting 12 years special grade increments. 2. Today, during hearing, learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions issued by the Joint Commissioner, Kurnool Division vide Rc.No.A3/249/2024 dated 25.04.2026 stating that the respondents have sanctioned and issued SPP-I(A) Scale (12 year increment) and Special Grade Post Scale (6 year increment) to the Petitioner Nos.1 to 8, except Petitioner No.5. It is also submitted in the written instructions, that petitioner No.5 did not submit any application for sanctioning the 12 Year increment and it would be sanctioned to the individual upon submission of her application to the respondents. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and written instructions furnished by the Joint Commissioner, Kurnool Division vide Rc.No.A3/249/2024 dated NV,J CC.No.2187 of 2024 2 25.04.2026, the respondents granted all attendant benefits to Petitioner Nos.1 to 8, except Petitioner No.5. 4. Since the respondents submitted in the written instructions that SPP-I(A) scale (12 year) would be sanctioned to Petitioner No.5, upon submitting an application, therefore, Petitioner No.5 is at liberty to make such an application to the respondents for granting SPP-I(A) Scale (12 year increment), if advised. 5. In view of compliance of the orders of this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.9524 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this contempt case and the contempt case is liable to be closed. 6. In the result, contempt case is closed. No costs. 7.
