J DILEEP KUMAR The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.3953 of 2024 ORDER: This Court, vide order dated 31.07.2024, directed both parties to maintain status quo. 2. The present contempt case has been filed stating that the respondents have proceeded to plant trees in the subject land of the writ petition by ignoring the orders of this Court. 3. The 4th respondent has filed a counter-affidavit asserting that a Joint survey was conducted in the presence of revenue authorities, villagers and litigants and determined the total extent of Ac.417.5 in Sy.No.98 of Viruvuru Village, was transferred to the Forest Department. It is further stated that out of the total extent of Ac.1113.10 in Sy.No.518 of Viruvuru Village, an extent of Ac.515 was transferred to the Forest Department and its boundaries were duly determined. The remaining extent of Ac.598.10 in Sy.No.518 of Viruvuru Village, after such transfer, was determined by the revenue department officials in the presence of the litigants. The said poramboke land of 598.10 acres is determined in possession of revenue department without any encroachments. The boundaries are fixed in the joint survey to the notified reserved forest, which was transferred to the forest department in Sy.Nos.98 and 518, in the presence of petitioners and other litigants. The respondents have not bypassed any order of this Court and they have complied with the orders of this Court. Hence, prayed to close the contempt case. 4. The sum and substance of the counter-affidavit is that a joint survey was conducted in the presence of petitioners and other litigants, and there is no violation of the orders of this Court. 5. In view of the above contentions, the present Contempt Case is closed. However, the parties are at liberty to raise all grounds in the writ petition.
