When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37136 of 2022 and to that effect written instructions are also furnished. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the same. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
