GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: 3 ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Vallepu Jagadeesh, learned Counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Gudapati Lakshmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3. 2. This Writ Petition is filed for recovery of the bills due to the Contractor/ Writ Petitioner. Notice was issued to the Respondents on 03.12.2024 and Counter-Affidavit was filed by 3rd respondent in the Month of December, 2024, itself. 3. Para No.3 of the Counter Affidavit would indicate that the bills have been admitted and payment of bills for the works have also been initiated and CFMS numbers are also provided. In Para No.4 of the said Counter Affidavit, the Respondents admit that the Petitioner is entitled for a sum of Rs.2,72,539/. 4. Having considered these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition directing the Respondent Authorities, including the Respondent Nos.2 to 4, to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period of three (03) weeks from today and transfer the said amount to the Bank Account of the Petitioner within two (02) weeks thereafter. 5. This Court is constrained to observe that even though the amount claimed by the Petitioner is meager (Rs.2,72,539/-), it is unfortunate that the Respondents kept said amount pending without payment since the year 2024. Any further delay will be viewed seriously by this Court. 6. The Writ Petitioner is directed to supply the Bank Account details to the Competent Authority, within a period one (1) week from today. 4 7. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
