Rajesh Kumar Rachhoya So Shri Arjun Lal, Raigaro Ka Mohahila, Chomu, Rajasthan 303802 ----Petitioners Versus 1. State Of Rajasthan, Through PP 2. Ramdayal S/o Shri Bhuraram Raigar, Aged About 55 Years, (Through Power Of Attorney Of Geeta Devi W/o Ramdayal), R/o Dhodsar, Govindgarh, Jaipur Rural, Jaipur ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Ms. Muskan Verma For Respondent(s) : Mr. Vivek Choudhary, PP JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 16/03/2026 1. By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.66/2024 registered with Police Station Chomu, District Jaipur (West) for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during pendency of the instant petition, the parties have settled their dispute by way of entering into a compromise and on the basis of the said compromise, the Police (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1265/2024] has already submitted final report negative before the competent court of law, hence, under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infurctuous. The stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J KuD/28
