The instant review petition has been filed for recalling of the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4761/2018, submitted by the respondent herein. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the pending amount of interest on gratuity, payment of overtime and double duty have not been granted to the respondent and the benefit of the remaining retiral amount has already been extended to the respondent. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of both the sides jointly submit that the instant petition may be disposed of in terms of the circular dated 03.11.2021 issued by the petitioner- Corporation, wherein it has been stated that the employer- Corporation would make payment of all dues including employee benefits strictly in conformity with the scheme as laid down in the aforesaid Circular dated 03.11.2021. 4. In view of the joint submission made by the respective counsels for the parties, the review petition stands disposed of. The petitioner would pay the rest of the retiral dues and interest to the respondent in terms of the scheme formulated by the Circular dated 03.11.2021. 5.
