No.3148 of 2024 The subject matter of this appeal is substantially similar to the one in W.A. No.48 of 2024 between State of Odisha v. Shesadev Aich heard & disposed off by us this day both on merits and on delay relying on a Co-ordinate Bench decision of this Court in State of Odisha v. Krushna Chandra Mallick MANU/OR/0779/2025. Similar cases should be decided similarly, is the rule of adjudication, subject to all just exceptions into which argued case of the Appellants does not fit. In the above circumstances, application in I.A. No.3148 of 2024 is rejected & Appeal as well. The impugned order of the learned Single Judge shall be given effect to in letter and spirit within eight weeks reckoned from this day, failing which the Appellants run the risk of being prosecuted offence of the contempt. p. 2 Registry to send a copy of this order to the Respondent- Employee by speed post immediately.
