Prayer in this writ petition is for considering case of petitioner for admission to MBBS/BDS courses under category of Children of Armed Forces/CRFP personnel disabled in action and invalidated from service on medical grounds as per G.O.Ms.No.192 dated 26.08.1993 read with G.O.Ms.No.59 dated 16.05.2018. 2. It is pointed out that vide order dated 24.10.2024, respondent – Dr NTR University of Health Sciences was directed to consider representation 2 WP-22659-2024 to be submitted by petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a week thereafter. Consequent to submission of representation, order dated 30.10.2024 was passed, rejecting petitioner’s representation. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that file of this petition along with no objection has been taken by petitioner. She pleads no instructions as on today. None else appears on behalf of petitioner and neither is he present in person. 4. Learned counsel for respondents point out that no notice in any other fresh writ petition challenging order dated 30.10.2024 has been received and neither is an application seeking amendment of present petition filed. 5. It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this writ petition. 6. Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
