On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader upon 3. receipt of the written instructions from the respondent No.6 dated 15.10.2024 submits that a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-, Rs.20,000/- and Rs.40,000/- is due to the petitioner and the same will be paid in due course.
