We notice that this Appeal has been pending from the year 2014, without even the application for condonation of delay in its filing being pressed. 2. There is no appearance for the appellant today, nor is she present personally; and we see from the impugned judgment that the dispute between the parties is only to an extent of nearly Rs.10000/-. 3. We are, therefore, guided to the impression that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting this Appeal. We, therefore, dismiss this Appeal for non prosecution.
