Heard learned counsel for applicant as well as learned APP for respondent - State. 2. This is an application under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No. 70 of 2024 dated 29.01.2024, registered with Bangur Nagar Police Station, Brihanmumbai on 2nd July 2026 3-ABA-1161-2024 W ABA-599-2024.ODT 29.01.2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 426, 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, “IPC”). 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that, this Court has already granted interim protection to the applicant by order dated 06.03.2024 and the applicant has complied with the conditions of the said interim order. He also submits that the investigation in the matter is almost completed and therefore the interim protection granted earlier be confirmed. 4. Learned APP for respondent also states that the investigation in the matter is almost complete and the chargesheet is likely to be filed in short time. He does not dispute the contention that the applicant has complied with the conditions of interim protection and has cooperated the investigating agency. 5. It has to be noted that the offence was registered on 29.01.2024 and after considering the allegations against the applicant so also the say of investigating agency, this Court has granted an interim order dated 6th March 2024 which is operating till today. 6. Considering the fact that the applicant has complied with the conditions of interim order and the investigation is also completed, the interim protection granted earlier needs to be confirmed. Hence, the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 599 of 2024 is allowed. 2nd July 2026 3-ABA-1161-2024 W ABA-599-2024.ODT 7. The interim protection granted by order dated 6th March 2024 stands confirmed. 8. In view of the above, Anticipatory Bail Application No. 599 of 2024 is disposed of.
