At the third line of paragraph no. 18 of the order at page 24, instead of “05.05.2023” the date should actually be “05.03.2024”. At the first line of page 25, being a part of paragraph no. 18 of the order, the date recorded as “03.02.2021” should actually be “03.12.2021”. The above referred inadvertent typographical errors are hereby corrected. The concerned Department is directed to give effect to the necessary corrections forthwith. The rest of the order shall remain the same. 2 The judgment and order dated 02.04.2026 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
