Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents in withholding the payment 1st and final bill an amount Rs. 2,01,129/- even after finalizing the bills payable to the petitioner in relation to the work i.e., Completion of incomplete Anganwadi Building at Pirumalavandlapalli H/o. Heard Sri Anand Surya, learned counsel representing Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri P.Rajesh Kumar, learned
Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and Finance and Planning for the respondents. 2. The above writ petition was filed to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the amount of Rs.2,01,129/- payable to the petitioner in relation to the work i.e., Completion of incomplete Anganwadi Building at Pirumalavandlapallil H/o. Eugruru Gram Panchayat of C.G.Gallu Mandal, vide Agreement No…/2018-19 dated 12.08.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents released the amount to the petitioner, and no further adjudication is required in the writ petition. The statement made by the learned counsel is recorded and made part of the record. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
