2. This is an application seeking condonation of a delay of 54 days in preferring the present Civil Revision Application.
3. Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants were not having entire record with them to file the civil revision application, therefore, the delay of 54 days caused in filing civil revision application. He submits that the delay is unintentional and prays for condone the delay.

Learned counsel for the respondent has strongly opposed the present application. Prity

Though the learned Advocate for the respondent opposed the application, for the reasons stated in the application and submissions advanced, the delay does not appear to be intentional and needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed. The delay of 54 days in filing civil revision application is hereby condoned.
6. Accordingly, the civil revision application be registered.
