An order was passed by the alleged contemnor on 17th November, 2025 which is annexed to the affidavit of compliance. 3. In view of the steps taken by the alleged contemnor contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped. 4. However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to question order dated 17th November, 2025 passed by the Commissioner, 2 Chandernagore Municipal Corporation, if the applicant is aggrieved by such order. 5.
