Dhengale appearing for the petitioners submits that, since an efficacious alternative remedy is available, the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the learned Industrial Court for redressal of their grievance. He further seeks liberty to file an appropriate application for condonation of delay, if necessary, while pursuing the said remedy, by seeking exclusion of the period spent in prosecuting the present writ petition. 02. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. 03. It is clarified that, if such an application for condonation of delay is filed, the learned Industrial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law, including the provisions of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
