Learned counsel for the respondents has referred to the speaking order dated 13.05.2024 passed by Registrar, Gurugram University, Gurugram whereby, legal notice dated 23.02.2024 stands dealt with and the prayer made by the petitioner has been declined. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 13.05.2024 has been served upon the petitioner. However, he submits that the detailed marks of the applicant-petitioner for the post of Law Officer have not been provided to him, despite he having applied for the same. Be that as it may, in case the petitioner is denied the details of his marks as well as marks obtained by other candidates in the selection process, he shall be at liberty to avail his remedies in accordance with law, besides even assailing the speaking order dated 13.05.2024 passed by the respondents. 4. In view of the above, the present application stands disposed of. 5.
