The Court:- Mr. Sourojit Dasgupta, learned Advocate appearing for the plaintiffs, on instruction from his client submits that the parties inter se have settled their disputes. Accordingly, the plaintiffs do not want to proceed with the suit any further. Ms. Mandeep Kaur, learned Advocate appears for defendant no.1. Both the learned Advocates appearing for the defendants have also confirmed the settlement between the parties. In view of the above, the instant suit being CS- COM/795/2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn unconditionally. Interim applications are accordingly disposed of without any order as to cost.
