Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent points out that the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main complaint itself bearing COMA No.2346 of 2020 was settled and has since then been withdrawn vide order dated 05.12.2025 passed by Presiding Officer, Special Pre Lok Adalat-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambala. 3.
