The Writ Appeal is directed to be listed today in the special list, being mentioned by Mr. B.K. Dash, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants and is taken up along with CONTC No.4837 of 2025 arising out of Writ Appeal No.3351 of 2024 disposed off on 10.07.2025. 2. The Writ Appeal arises out of the judgment and order dated 25.06.2024 passed in WP(C) No.14873 of 2015 by the Single Judge, which was also challenged earlier in Writ Appeal No.3351 of 2024. In the said Writ Appeal, W.A. No.3351 of 2024, since disposed of, the present appellant Special Planning Authority was Appellant No.5. Order No. 01. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for appellants that as a matter of abundant caution, the Special Planning Authority being a separate entity has filed the present Writ Appeal. 4. We reiterate our earlier order dated 10.07.2025 dismissing Writ Appeal No.3351 of 2024. Accordingly, the present Appeal being devoid of merits is liable to be and is accordingly dismissed. We also take note of the fact that the order dated 10.07.2025 passed in the disposed of Writ Appeal No.3351 of 2024 has been complied with.
