Learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that the parties have settled all their disputes and submit that the plaintiff shall withdraw the present suit in view of the said settlement between the parties. December, 2025 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
3. This Court further records the statements made by learned counsels for the parties that they have also undertaken compliances in terms of the Settlement Agreement.
4. Accordingly, both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement, and shall abide by the same, in letter and spirit.

parties do not have any claims against each other with respect to subject matter of the suit.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that defendant nos. 3 and 5 are proforma parties and draws the attention of this Court to the Settlement Agreement, where they have duly signed the Settlement Agreement.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that he may be refunded 50% of the Court Fees, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, through Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
8. Accordingly, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
9. The Registry of this Court is directed to issue the Certificate of refund of Court Fees to the extent of 50% in favour of the plaintiff.
10. Pending applications also, accordingly, stand disposed of.
