The petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the notice of eviction dated 09.07.2024 (Annexure-2) issued by the Tahasildar, Nischintakoili, which was passed pursuant to the order dated 03.11.2023 passed by the learned Commissioner of Endowments, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in F.A. No. 09 of 2023 under Section 44(1) of the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951 (for brevity, the ‘Act’). 4. Ms. Naidu, learned counsel appearing for the Commissioner of Endowments submits that since the writ petition bearing W.P.(C) No. 16151 of 2025 assailing the aforesaid order has already been dismissed, the notice of eviction, which was issued in terms of the order impugned herein, is not available to be challenged. 5. The order-sheet discloses that the matter was last listed on 23.09.2025 on which date also none represented the petitioner.
