The present petitioner has alternatively prayed for direction to respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati, to decide the appeal dated 21-09-2023 filed by the petitioner. The aforesaid appeal is on record at page no.68 at Annexure-’J’. 3. In view of the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid appeal dated 21-09-2023 filed by the petitioner within a stipulated period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court, if the aforesaid appeal is not already decided. 4.
