1. The petition is filed for the following reliefs:
“a) Pass such writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondent No.1 & 2 to immediately stop all construction activity at the site of the new FOB; and This is a digitally signed order. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 20/04/2026 at 12:12:18
b) Pass such writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondent No.1 & 2 to immediately re-furbish and renovate the existing FOB at the same area by improving the facilities by installing escalators/ elevators at both ends, make disabled friendly rams at both ends of the FOB, redevelop the FOB by introducing new and improved ecstatically approved design and finally improve lighting and installing CCTV cameras for better safety at the site of pre-existing Foot-Over-Bridge at the earliest”
2. It appears that in the interregnum, the bridge in question has been constructed.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 has shown the photograph to the Court, which depicts that the bridge is fully constructed and is in full use. The grievance of the petitioner seems to have been taken care of.

Even if, there is any subsisting grievance, the petitioner can be granted liberty to approach the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. If the petitioner does so, let his complaint be immediately looked into and an appropriate order shall be passed.
5. If the petitioner’s grievance is not fully mitigated, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
6. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
