It is further submitted that the Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [“Act”], bearing OMP (COMM) No. 244/2024, filed by the Judgement Debtors has also been disposed in terms of the Settlement Agreement vide Order dated 17.12.2025. 3.
