The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 111 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. 4. A dacoity was committed in the house of the informant. The name of the petitioners has come in the self- inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioners were remanded in this case on 01.02.2023 and since then they are in jail in the present case. The petitioners are accused in six more cases of similar and serious cases.
