In this matter, a prayer has been made for release of a pension and other service benefits of the writ petitioner. 2. By affidavit dated 07.08.2024, the Respondent No. 4 has however stated therein that the department could not take any further steps for the grant of family pension, as the petitioner has not submitted the required documents namely, Marriage Certificate, Family photographs of 2026:MLHC:1025 3 Husband and Wife, Children’s Birth Certificates and other related documents in original. 3. Today, Mr. P. T. Sangma, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the he is ready to provide the same at the earliest, and on this submission, the respondent No. 7, who is the wife of the petitioner, has assured cooperation, provided he does not substitute her name in the service record in the meanwhile. 4. Mr. H. Abraham, learned GA, on this submission, submits that once the documents are provided, the terminal and other benefits of the petitioner shall be processed expeditiously and released. 5. This Court, considering the submissions made and also the undertaking given by the Petitioner and Respondent No. 7, disposes of the writ petition with a direction that the respondents, upon supply of such documents as required, shall process the matter and dispose of the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 3(three) months from the date the documents are provided. 6.
