Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the directions contained in the order dated 28.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 11383/2023 have been complied with and the drainage and sewer lines have been cleaned. 4. Learned counsel for the MCD further submits that the said sewer lines shall be inspected periodically and atleast once every month, to ensure that they are not clogged, or in leaking condition. The said statement is taken on record. 5. In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 6. The same is accordingly, disposed of.
