After hearing Mr. Gautam Khazanchi, learned counsel for the review petitioner, and after having perused the grounds taken for review, this court is of the view that in so far as the view taken by this court in judgment dated 07.01.2026 in relation to the learned ARC’s decision on the merits is concerned, no basis is made out to review any of those grounds. Moreover, this court is unable to find any error apparent on the face of the record, that would warrant interference by way of a review petition. 5.
