In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction from this Court to the District Collector, Cuttack-opposite party no.2 to allot a piece of homestead land under the Vasundhara Scheme, 2018 in view of letter no.RDM-LRA-COMM-0002-201833164/R /DM dated 04.09.2018. 3. Regard being had to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the averments made in the writ petition, without delving into the merits of the writ petition it is expedient to direct the petitioner to approach the District Collector, Cuttack under the Vasundhara Scheme, 2018 with all necessary documents and by compling the formalities within a period of three weeks from today seeking allotment of the land under the scheme. If such application is made, the District Collector, Cuttack- opposite party no.2 is expected to deal with the same in terms of the scheme and in accordance with law. 4.
