Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with the prayer to delete the name of the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 respectively being Praveen Jaiswal and Shashank Jaiswal from the array of the petitioners in the cause title of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, on account of subsequent development of filing the charge sheet by police, wherein it has been mentioned that case has not been found to be true / made out against the petitioner nos. 3 and 4, due to lack of evidence against them and having not been sent up for trial. Considering the facts of the case, the prayer is allowed. Registry is directed to delete the name of the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 from the array of the petitioners of this petition with Red Ink.
