This application has been preferred by the petitioner for restoration of Cr.M.P.No.2251/2017 which was dismissed for non- prosecution on 05.12.2017. 3. Since Cr.M.P.No. 2251 of 2017 was related to quashing of the entire criminal proceeding in connection with Chas P.S. Case No. 108/2015. 4. Status report was called for from the learned Trial Court vide order dated 19.02.2026 and the said report which has been received reveals that the case is at the stage of appearance of six accused persons. 5. On consideration of the fact that the trial in Chas P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015 is still pending and the reasons mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed and consequently, Cr.M.P.No.2251 of 2017 is restored to its original file.
