Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia challenging order dt.28.02.2024 so passed by Opp. Party No.3 under Annexure-15. This Court finds that vide the said order, claim of the Petitioner has not been rejected and Petitioner in the alternate, it has been held Opp. Party No.2 is competent to consider the grievance. Instead of moving the said authority, the present Writ Petition has been filed and till date, no notice has also been issued. 4. Considering the submission and the nature of order passed under Annexure-15, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by giving liberty to the Petitioner to move Opp Party No.2, if she so likes. 5.
