1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. It is stated by learned counsel for the Petitioner that alleging violation of this Court’s order dated 24.06.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.15207 of 2022, the Petitioner has approached this court by filing the present contempt application.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instruction, further submitted that in the meantime the Petitioner has died.
4. Such fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the Contemnor.
5. In such view of the matter, the Contempt Proceeding is not sustainable and, accordingly, the same is dropped.

6. Memo is filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner in court today indicating the aforesaid facts. The same is taken on record.
