[2] The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer for issuing a direction to fully implement the directions given by this court in its judgment and order dated 13-03-2023 in WP(C) No. 130 of 2023, the letter dated 18-04-2023 from the Deputy Secretary (Art & Culture), Government of Manipur, addressed to the Deputy Government Advocate (High Court), Manipur, letter dated 24-03-2023 from the Commissioner (Art & Culture cum Competent Authority), Government of Manipur, addressed to the Addl. District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Manipur East and order dated 31-01-2023 issued by the Commissioner -2-

(Art & Culture cum Competent Authority), Government of Manipur, in Case No. 1 of 2022 (BUDS) (Ref:- Complaint Cases of BUDS). [3] The said writ petition being WP(C) No. 130 of 2023 has already been closed by an order dated 18-04-2023 passed by this court in WP(C) No. 130 of 2023. On perusal of the letter dated 18-04-2023 from the Deputy Secretary (Art & Culture), Government of Manipur, it is found that the list of assets of Lamjingba (respondent No. 3 herein) after duly verified by the DC Office have been provisionally attached by an
order dated 31-01-2023 and that for absolute attachment for sale through public auction, list has been sent to the Designated Courts by an order dated 24-03-2023. [4] Mr. Juno Rahman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the present writ petition can be disposed of by issuing a simple direction to the respondents, more particularly, the respondents No. 1 and 2 to take up and complete the proceeding as provided under law. [5] Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1 and 2 submitted that she has no objection. [6] In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this court is of the view that the present writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents No. 1 and 2 to proceed and complete the proceedings as -3-
