Central Bureau of Investigation & Ors.’ came to be disposed of by this Court at the threshold on 26.06.2023 with a direction to the respondent, the review petitioner herein, to expedite the investigation with respect to the complaint filed by the petitioner, respondent herein, and make an endeavour to conclude the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of one months from the date copy of order is made available. 02. A perusal of this petition reveals that complainant also preferred an application in the Court of learned Special Judge Anti Corruption (CBI Cases), Jammu. Action taken report was submitted in the said Court which transpired that no FIR in the case had been registered. 03. It is contention of the petitioner that complaint preferred by the respondent was forwarded to Commissioner/Secretary, Rural Sr. No. 03 2 Development and Panchayati Raj, Government of J&K vide order dated 29.12.2022. 04. Mr. Sandeep Singh, learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in the circumstances, respondent be permitted to pursue his complaint before the Commissioner/Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj. 05. In view of the above, present petition is allowed and order dated 26.06.2023 is modified by providing that petitioner shall be at liberty to pursue his complaint before the Commissioner/Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Government of J&K. 06.
