Through the medium of present petition, the petitioner is seeking implementation of order dated 21.11.2017 passed by the writ Court, whereby consideration order dated 31.05.2016 was set aside and the respondents were directed to treat the petitioner as being eligible for regularization and to pass appropriate orders on the analogy of Ghulam Nabi Lone, Ali Mohammad Bhat and Ashok Kumar Pandita. 2. The respondents have filed latest compliance report dated 10.11.2025. Alongwith the said compliance report, they have placed on record copy of consideration order No.498/DS/JK/2025 dated 23.10.2025. In terms of the said CCP(S) 486 of 2023 2 | P a g e order the respondents have regularized the services of the petitioner against the post of Nursery Man in the establishment of District Sericulture Officer, Sericulture Development Department, Budgam in the pay level of SL-1(Rs.14800-47100) in relaxation of upper age bar and qualification bar. It has, however, been provided that the said order shall take effect prospectively with notional benefits w.e.f 30.04.2016, the date of regularization of Ghulam Nabi Lone. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already challenged the aforesaid order dated 23.10.2025 by way of an original application before the Central Administrative Tribunal to the extent of denial of monetary benefits to the petitioner w.e.f 30.04.2016. 4. Having regard to the fact that the respondents have complied with the judgment of the writ Court, the present contempt proceedings cannot be continued against them. The same are accordingly closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the original application filed by him before the Central Administrative Tribunal. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
