In terms of order dated 23.09.2019, the writ petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to include the petitioner in the final list of Casual Labourers on the basis of the report submitted by respondent No. 3. The respondents were also directed to release, in favour of the petitioner, the legitimately earned wages for the services rendered or to be rendered by him in the respondent Department, at par with other similarly situated enlisted Casual Labourers. 02. In the compliance report filed by the respondents, it is stated that the order dated 23.09.2019 has been complied with in letter and spirit. It Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document is further stated that a bill amounting to Rs. 76,195/- for the year 2024–25 was processed and the said amount has been disbursed into the account of the petitioner through the concerned Treasury. It is also stated that wages are being paid to the petitioner regularly every month. 03. The order dated 23.09.2019 enjoined upon respondent No. 2 to include the petitioner in the final list of Casual Labourers on the basis of the report submitted by respondent No. 3 and to release his legitimately earned wages. From the statement of facts filed by the respondents, it is evident that the wages have been released in favour of the petitioner. Had the petitioner not been included in the final list of Casual Labourers, the aforesaid benefits could not have been extended to him. 04. In view of the above, the contempt proceedings in the present contempt petition are closed. 05. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has not yet been uploaded on the portal. 06. Mr. Jahangir Ahmad Dar, learned GA, submits that as and when the portal becomes functional, the name of the petitioner shall also be uploaded therein.
