Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellants and the fact that the Supreme Court has set at rest the controversy in case titled, ‘UT of J&K & Ors. vs. Saba Wani’ 2026 INSC 439, there remains nothing in this appeal to be adjudicated upon. 03.
